The hotels do not provide us visibility of how many rooms have been booked by our guests or how many rooms remain available in our block. In consideration of this, we ask that you notify us shortly after booking your reservation, regardless of location, so we may determine if/how many rooms we may need to add to our group hotel blocks based on how many rooms are still available in our group block and how many of our guests will still be needing to book their stay.
